It’s 40th anniversary this year in 2013 since each exchange has been started between Japan & Vietnam. And our project of sending the picture books to children in the world has been authorized as “Japan-Vietnam Friendship Year Event”, because it was inferred that it will promote each exchange and strengthen friendship.
